Shanghai	Emraan Hashmi, Abhay Deol, Kalki, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Farooque Sheikh, Pitobash, Supriya Pathak, Anant Jog, Tillotama Shome	A brilliant political thriller	Caters to a niche audience	Found it difficult to sustain in Weekend 2. Its performance, even at hi-end multiplexes, which patronized the film in its opening weekend, was below the mark. Collected Rs 3 cr in Weekend 2, taking the 10-day total to Rs 20.50 cr nett. While the investment may be recovered due to the sale of Satellite rights, Music rights and pre-sales prior to its release, the theatrical business is definitely disappointing.
