Thread: Gaurav Sharma to enter Diya Aur Baati Hum

Gaurav Sharma debuted on small screen with Beyond Dreams Productions’ project on Imagine, Jamunia. After which the actor continuously kept himself busy, acting in various shows like Phulwa, Chandragupta Maurya, Mahima Shanidev Ki. And the latest we hear is that this young lad has been signed to play an important character in Star Plus’ numero uno show, Diya Aur Baati Hum (produced by Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt Ltd).

Gaurav will be seen as a village boy, Rajkumar, who will come down to stay with the Rathis in order to help Sooraj (Anas Rashid) in his business. Chaturi (Rashmi Pitare) will be his love interest in the show.

“I have started shooting for the show from today onwards and it’s a typical ‘gaon ka chora’ type of character, very simple and sweet one.”

Gaurav’s entry will be aired sometime next week.
