Thread: Imagine's Bhagwan Buddha soon on Sunday mornings

After Rakhi Ka Insaaf (and the number of cuss words used on the show), looks like Imagine is now looking for a calming force for their shows and so their next project is aptly called Bhagwan Buddha.
As per our source, "Bhagwan Buddha stars new face Siddhartha in the lead role. Shahbaaz Khan plays the role of Emperor Ashoka, Shailendra Gaur as Buddha's father Suddhodana from the Shakya Dynasty and Hemant Pandey as Koutinya; Kamal Adib and Pramod Mathur too are part of the show."
Another source adds, "The show will be telecast from January 2 on Sunday mornings in the 9 to 10 am slot. But, the producer of the show is not happy with the launch date as it is shraddh time and hence, the show might get postponed to January 16. The shooting will start from 25th of this month in Umargaon, Gujarat." Our source further says, “The show will be produced under the Angle's Creation banner and Sanskriti Media will be handling its online production and marketing."
Producer Dinesh Dubey confirmed the same.
