INGREDIENTS:
Butter ( soft) 500 gm
Icing sugar 700 gm
Vanilla essence 1 or 2 drops
Salt A pinch
Egg yolk 4 nos
Cornflakes (crushed) 450 gm
Flour 500 gm
PROCEDURE:
- Cream butter and icing sugar
- Add salt, egg yolks and essence
- Mix in cornflakes and flour
- Rest in fridge for atleast one hour
- Remove from fridge, make balls and place on greased tray
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 to 20 mins. At 150 to 180 centigrade
