Thread: Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo will be back with season 2

What makes a show work? Is it actors, performances, script or marketing? Well, may be everything. But if a show is good, TV viewers don’t shy away from showering it with love and affection. For instance, the show Chandragupta Maurya. It went off air suddenly with the closure of Imagine TV, but the buzz is that it is coming back on Sony Entertainment Television.

Now, the buzz is that Optimystix’s show Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo, which used to air on SAB TV, is all set to come back with its second season. It was taken off air in spite of being high on popularity.

This sitcom which has a unique storyline wherein different individuals pretend to be family members, has definitely carved a niche for itself. And the second season promises to be bigger, better and spicier. It is believed that the production house wants to repeat the actors and find a slot on SAB TV.

“Yes, the talks are on for Sajan Re season 2. Even I have been approached for the show as I played one of the characters in the series. Let’s see what’s in store for me as I am currently doing Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada,” affirmed Apara Mehta to us.

Ami Trivedi, who also played an important role shared, “Last month we were informed about Sajan Re Jhoot coming back, but after that we have not received any other update.”

All our efforts to get in touch with producer Vipul Shah proved to be futile.
