Default Satyamev Jayate season one ends on a hope that India will unite

Some liked it, some disliked it but none could ignore the euphoria created by Aamir Khan’s Satyamev Jayate. And then came Aamir, with the last episode of this season, highlighting those who have done their bit to live up to the words of Indian preamble.

After the last few episodes, which were no less than a dull docu-drama, the last episode began on an interesting note with a topic ‘Dream of perfect secular India’. What followed next were some interesting case studies. A great deal of research went towards the creation of the episode and that could be clearly gauged from the episode. All of it was under the aegis of Aamir, who has explored pan India to bring best of the case studies.

What however, came as a flip side was the hurry to showcase them! Within a span of 45 minutes, he brought forth, multiple unsung heroes of India, who have gone out of their way to bring a difference to the society. The cross-caste and religion unity with tear-shedding stories though evoked emotions, but the cases barely got registered.

Small errors in terms of typo mistakes were glaring. Like one of the case studies, which revolved around Satyendra Dubey, who has done a lot for unprivileged children with respect to education had him addressed as Satyendra Jayate (in the caption).

Nevertheless, such things can be easily neglected when Aamir is bidding a good bye to the season one, showcasing the melodious song sung by Bonnie Chakrobarty and composed by Ram Sampath as usual.
    ...being a human...
