Please if you are in the situation to find way to lose Weight then take two or more Gavas as per requirement. It is must for you to walk for 30 minutes a day in one segment of Morning as well as in evening. Yes after take Fruit in Pre-launch. at the first you need some heavy meal in Launch but don’t take launch in such quantity. Rather than take one Wheat bread along with low fat & low Calories of vegetables or Grains. Fiber Vegetables are much important for a person who want to lose weight.     that was a good post. I do believe that some of the diets really help in loosing weight rapidly, but not all. So, instead of using shortcuts we should go for a healthy diet plan, in other words we should always be careful for what we are taking in to loose weight.

    1. Eat fruits and vegetables
    2. Do running regularly
    3. Eat less quantity food
    4. Drink more than 10 glass of water in a day.

    We need proper plan and concentration for weight lose,So starting with our diet plan is good enough because extra calories cause fat,and weight.We should avoid calories food,cold drinks and use fruits,vegetables,beans,juices and more and more water.

    For losing weight quickly you should always follow a proper diet plan and try to avoid eating junk food and drinks.Also do some exercise daily.Because exercise keeps you fit and proper diet plan will help you in losing weight.Also start drinking green tea regularly.

    Although one can lose weight only with diet foods but to get good and fast results exercise is must. Do any cardio exercise ,daily in the morning, that is best suitable for you and follow a good diet food plan along with. Use lemon juice in the morning before breakfast and use orange juice in the afternoon.

    losing weight is easy for me. There are many easy ways . you can have a diet meal while not skipping breakfast. eating green leafy vegetables and fruits can be a big help, drinks lots of water, take low carb and of course do some exercise. But others find those tips very hard. Its only a matter of self-control and self-discipline. If you have that you can be successful on your goal of losing weight.
