My perfect MITB cash in has already happened.

The perfect scenario would be:
During the WWEC MITB match, just as Kane is about to win it, AJ is skipping out, like she did a couple of times, then she somehow convinces Kane to let her grab the suitcase. The officials then declare AJ the winner, because she was the first one to grab the case. Later that night, after the Punk/Bryan match, AJ cashes in on the winner, who was struck down by someone.
The next night on RAW AJ says she would defend her title later that night against her 'REAL' boyfriend. In the main event a surprising superstar comes out, and wins the title - cashing in the MITB via proxy so to speak.

I wish Jericho wins the contract. And when CM Punk beats Daniel Bryan in the (hope so) main event and retains, jericho cashes in and wins the Championship + takes the revenge on CM punk.
