I'd say Daniel Bryan but it's hard to take him seriously at this point. He has to snap and do something drastic in order for fans to take him seriously as a threat to the title.

WELL this sucks , Cena cashed in got his match screwed by Big Show , that means he doesn't have the brieftcase anymore and he can't do anything for the title , so now Cm Punk is still the champ , he will probably fight Rock .
BUT it can happen that miraculously Cena gets another briefcase after Rocky beats punk so he can come and screw rocky and take the WWE championship once again

Definitely Punk vs. Rock, for the sake of starting a new and fresh rivalry instead of a previous one such as Cena/Rock.
