Thread: Aamna Saamna to end; season 2 in making

We always feel bad when we have to write a story on a show coming to an end. You guys are certainly getting the drift, we guess. Fremantle Media’s Zindagi Ke Haqeeqat Se Aamna Saamna (Colors) is a show that provides a unique forum which addresses the real-life problems faced by families in their everyday lives.

Now, the latest We have learned is that it is all set to bid farewell in the last week of May (2012). But the good news for the show’s fans is that it will return with its second season.

Our sources have informed that the concept really clicked with the masses and the channel has been happy with the TRPs. So, they have decided to end it in May but to launch its second season immediately after the airing of the last episode of season one.

“The cast and crew will start its shooting for season two by early May and episodes will air immediately after closure of the first season,” added the source.

“I am unaware about the developments so I can’t comment on it,” said Gunjan Utreja, the host of the show, when asked about the development.
